Meeting Called to Order at 2:10pm

New YABA representatives for the Youth leaders
- Left: Melissa Nortoangenlo and Denise Kelly
- Elected: Skye Alviti and Shaun Collum

Next State Meeting is October 25th, 2003

Break into committees
- Banquet
- Look at places (outdoors)
- Yawgoo Valley
- Garden Park
- Colt State
- Lincoln Woods
- Writes Farm (needs 300-400 people) new
- Dune's Club (more info needed) new
- Date in June 

- Fundraising
Money Calendar
- 25 packets given out to each youth leader at Youth Leader meeting
- 1,500 packets have been printed out
- Need to sell 230 packets to break even
- If all packets are sold, there will be a $12,700 profit
- Prizes for top sellers
- Check with state meeting
- Packets have to be sold by an adult, no youth leaders or youth bowlers can sell the packets
- Adults have to handle money not Youth leaders
- Parents name as seller, youth leader will get credit for it
- If enough money earned, use some money to help send bowlers to JOG
- All Money is due Sunday November 23,2003
- Only for month of December

Bake Sale
- Made $94 at the October 5th date of the singles tournament
- Bring bake goods to October 12 date.
- Permission for bake Sale at AK

Next Youth Leaders Meeting is on November 8, 2003

We need two youth leaders to for the Awards committee run by Judy Brunelle and Pam Moises. There are no Youth Leaders at this moment.





Sport Shot Jr. League
- Not run by state
- Starts in January

State Tournaments
- proper dress attire
