Meeting was called to order by President Andi Hagemoser @ 1:12 PM
Minutes from the last meeting were read and a motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes as read.
President: Andi introduced herself as our new President.
Vice President: Will be voted upon today.
Treasurer: Checking $Savings $CD $.Audit in Process
Assoc Mgr: Ted advised everyone about all the changes and handed out the packets for the houses. Also updated rules and forms will be posted before September 1st 2009.
Committee Reports
Audit: Nothing to report.
Awards: Ted announced that it is imperative that awards be turned in once a week during league play.
Banquet: Nothing to report.
Fund Raising:
Legislative: Nothing to report.
Nominating: Nothing to report.
Publicity:
Scholarship: Andi announced that we need a person to help out with scholarships and processing them.
Tournament:
Travel League: Andi talked about the possibility of having a Vacancy on travel with Walnut Hill coming back.
Youth Leader: Nothing to report.
Old Business: Nothing to report.
New Business:
There are 2 people interested in becoming our new Vice President Ed Ianni and Laurie Trudell. A vote was taken and Laurie Trudell is our new Vice President. Andi announced the changes to the season planner which is posted online. Meeting was adjourned at 1:40pm
