Meeting was called to order by President Andi Hagemoser @ 2:17 PM
President: We received a 100.00 check from William Pryor for his Scholarship. Also confirmation for our State awards banquet. Andie talked about Junior Gold E-mail about the entry fee is going to 200.00.

Assoc Mgr: Reminded everyone that Final Averages are due as soon as your league is done so High Average can be awarded at the State Awards night.
Committee Reports
Audit: Andie completed the audit and it was perfect.
Awards: All awards are ordered and just awaiting High Average and 600 – 700 plaques.
Banquet: We are basically just giving out awards and if people want to bring snacks thats fine.

Scholarship: Scholarships are all decided and will be awarded at the awards banquet.
Tournament:
Travel League: Congratulations to Walnut Hill for winning the 09-10 Travel League.
Youth Leader:

New Business: Paul made a motion that we keep the slots we are awarded and not pay for an extra spot. 2nd and voted on. It was unanimously approved. Andie talked about some proprieters wanted to split the All events. We discussed about the possibility to do Singles and Doubles on Saturday and Team on Sunday. Paul made a motion that we have it all done in one day with the option to re-visit. 2nd. It was unanimously approved.
