Meeting was called to order by President Andi Hagemoser @ 2:12 PM
President: Andi talked about getting MORE attendance at the meetings. Andi spoke about Tournament results that people are complaining about EP has a lot of tournament winners and explained that it is because of the number of bowlers in its program and the number that participate. Andi also asked Ed Ianni to book us the upstairs room at Cranston Bowl for our annual awards banquet. Projected date is around middle of May on a Saturday.
Vice President: Not Present
Treasurer: Checking$4411.01 Savings $250.03 CD $2687.00
Assoc Mgr: Expressed disappointment in the houses not making an effort to make the meetings and turning in the paperwork that is needed to put the tournaments together in time.
Committee Reports:
Audit: First quarter has been audited and things were perfect.
Awards: The Adult/Child awards have been sent to the trophy company.
Banquet: See abobe in Presidents report.
Fund Raising: The bake sales have been a huge success thanks to the donations by the baker that has been donating $100.00 worth of baked goods for us to sell.

Scholarship: Andi announced we have a new Scholarship in memory of Erica Sjogren that will be awarded to a Travel League member due to her enthusiastic participation in the Travel League.
Tournament: Entries were handed in by all Houses except, Old Mountain, Providence Senate. RIUSBCYA are due at the All Events Tournament. The Ron Giguere Scholarship applications are due in April as well as the William Pryor Scholarship applications.
Travel League: Travel League is going well.
Youth Leader: Andi asked the houses if they could ask for some youth leaders to help out at our tournaments.
